Build your own home with no debts and mortgages! Now you can own a house without worrying about any debts and mortgages by choosing to live tiny.

The tiny house movement is an emerging trend in architecture and home design. It has been present in the real estate market for years but has only now grown to become the latest craze in the architectural world. Many people have decided that less is actually more, and even more are beginning to downsize their living to create a more suitable and affordable lifestyle. Living in a tiny house - a house that is only 400 square feet or less - will enable you to own a house while being free from any form of debt or mortgage. Not only that, but it will allow you to have the choice to travel anywhere you want to go with your tiny home in tow.

Whether you're a fresh graduate who wants independence from your parents, a family that wants financial stability, or a wanderlust person who wants to see the world, this audiobook will help you learn about all things tiny. You will learn many things about the movement and all the things you will need to build your own house. It will also open your eyes to the possible pitfalls that you will encounter if you decide to change your living situation into a space as small as 400 square feet or less.

Moreover, this book will help you learn more about tiny houses by introducing you to a few of the early pioneers and current tiny-home builders. It covers their experiences in creating and living inside such tiny spaces. Find out more about the tiny house movement and the lifestyle that awaits everyone who decides to join this innovative and evolutionary trend in architecture and home design.

Tiny House Living Living Large in Less than 400 Square Feet Tiny Guides Volume 1 (Audible Audio Edition) Zachary Buckler Erik Peabody Books

Thin at best. If it wasn't free, I'd give it zero stars. What you have here is 24 pages, half of which are taken up by the index and various explanations of trademark ownership. The rest of the "book", more like a pamphlet, reads like an average blog post at best. The checklist contains about three items, and there's really nothing usable, interesting, or compelling at all here. The author probably spent about 3 1/2 hours working on this at most by my estimation. Maybe less.

The writing is piss poor. An example:

"Just when you thought tiny houses couldn't look any much better because of their small spaces, think again. Here are some of the most wonderfully designs tiny houses there is, and see for yourself how a space that small can look so spacious and big."

As for tips, he informs us that murphy beds, lazy susans, and magnets are key elements for maximizing space. Genius stuff here.

He then provides two very high-end examples of actual tiny houses, neither of which are practical to the average person interested in building their own.

I love the concept, but I think I would like to build a wee bit larger. Perhaps another 100 square. Ft.
I liked the insights presented in this book about maximizing dead spaces and making the most of cramp spaces. The checklist provided in the book gave me a guide to overall planning a tiny house layout. There are other "out-of-the-box" ideas described that are useful for those designing tiny house interiors. Overall, the book is an easy-to-read beginners' guide to starting out with a tiny home.
I've always been intrigued by minimalism and the idea of living in a tiny house has crossed my mind. This book has some cool ideas and cool pictures to show what its like.
Great book overall, but I especially liked the discussion in chapter 4 on space maximization. Those are good ideas no matter what size house you live in.
I'm fascinated by the whole tiny house movement. Zachary has done a great job of informing you what some of the pluses and pitfalls are to living in a tiny house. Some good tips on being organized and space saving ideas. I would definitely recommend.
Beautiful photos, lots of information....Love this book !
I've been thinking about a tiny house, even though I'm a pack rat. Your book has given me ideas about how I can downsize and still be comfortable. Thank you!
